From first conversation to working AI.

No black box, no moving deadlines, no surprises. Every step is agreed up front, and you go live with production AI in week eight.

WHERE IT STARTS

A conversation, not a contract.

Every engagement starts with an AI opportunity assessment: a working session on your operation, where the bottlenecks are, and which one to solve first. You leave knowing where AI will pay back fastest in your business, whether or not we work together.

THE WORKING MODEL

How the weeks feel from your side.

Led by senior experts

Every engagement is led by senior US-based team members. The people in the room have shipped this before.

A weekly rhythm

Weekly progress calls and milestone sessions, so you always know where things stand and what happens next.

Your people in the lead

Nothing gets built that your team hasn't seen and agreed. They shape it from the first session to the final test.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DEAL

What we need from you.

Every vendor says partnership. Here's exactly what our partnership needs from you, so you can plan for it. The project moves as fast as the decisions do.

Time with the people who do the work

The team closest to the process knows where it really breaks. We need them in the room from the start.

Your data, shared early

The solution learns from your actual documents and systems. The sooner we see them, tidy or not, the sooner it works.

A decision-maker with time and authority

One person who can sign things off and make calls between milestones, not just watch from the sidelines.

Honest feedback from real users

When your team tests it on real work, we need to hear what doesn't fit, not what's polite. That's how it ends up working the way they do.

That’s typically about
6-8
hours per week of your team’s time across the 8 weeks.
ACT TWO · after go-live

Week 9 onward: one win leads to the next.

The sprint gets you live. From there, the more work your AI handles, the smarter it gets, and everything it learns stays yours to build on. That's why the next opportunity usually shows itself. Here's how that played out at TFS Global.

WEEKS 1–6

Invoice automation

Over 70% processed, no human touch

NEXT

Cost intelligence

Savings surfaced from the clean data

THEN

Fleet analytics

Proprietary data becomes a product

BEFORE YOU ASK

The questions every initial call starts with.

How long does it take?

Eight weeks, as a fixed, time-boxed sprint: scope signed off in the first two weeks, live production AI in week eight. TFS Global’s first solution was live in six. Engagements we ran before we time-boxed the program took nine and ten weeks.

What does it cost, and what is free?

The opportunity assessment costs you nothing, and neither does the work that follows it. We scope the problem, agree what the first solution will do, and show you the value case before you commit to anything. You pay for the build. The sprint is scoped and priced before it starts, so the cost is known and it does not move while we work. Running and supporting the solution after go-live is agreed separately.

How is this different from a custom build?

A custom build can mean a year of consultants and a bill to match. Ours takes weeks, because the platform already carries the infrastructure, the security and the plumbing. The only part we build from scratch is the part that's uniquely yours, and it goes live as production AI, not a pilot.

Will it work with the systems we already have?

Yes. Your AI works inside the tools your team already runs, whether that's Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics or the ERP you've had for years, not in another app in another tab. At BDR, invoices now post straight into QuickBooks.

Our data's a mess. Is that a problem?

No. Messy data is normal, and every solution is built on a foundation that turns documents in any format into clean, structured data. Milrose's research was scattered across fragmented city websites. Now the codes and fees are normalized and in one place.

What happens after week eight?

We stay close. The solution runs in production, we watch it, fix what needs fixing, and keep improving it as your team uses it. Because the first build leaves behind clean, structured data and a team that trusts the work, the next opportunity usually shows itself very soon. The second solution is faster than the first, because the foundations are already there.

What if our problem is bigger than one workflow?

Most of them are. We still start with one. The first solution is chosen because it pays back quickly and because it produces the clean data the next one needs. TFS Global started with invoice processing; that led to cost intelligence, and then to fleet analytics built on the same data. Trying to solve everything at once is how AI programs stall before anything reaches production.

Your team is ready for superpowers.

Start with 30 minutes and the problem that's slowing your team down. We'll take it from there.
