This simple Contextual flow demonstrates how to call OpenAI's GPT via API to retrieve custom responses back.
This catalog service provides a pre-configured Contextual flow and the format for a required API connection to OpenAI (which will require your custom credentials) in order to demonstrate calling the OpenAI GPT API from within a flow. In this case a simple payload is assembled and passed in from test/sample data and the result is simply logged. This flow can be tested within the flow editor by initiating the inject button, or it could be bound to an agent and called from within another flow, via a trigger or through an action. In each case those events would begin with distinct data to be handled and assembled into the prompt.
Each Service Template is thoroughly documented in the Contextual Documentation with information on what’s included in the template, how to get started, and code samples.
